Job Responsibilities: Responsabilidades: Asegurar, coordinar, establecer, documentar e implementar los procesos necesarios para garantizar la calidad del producto y del proceso de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente, así como también coordinar las actividades del personal a su cargo para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización y del cliente. Liderar la comunicación con el cliente en los diferentes procesos de calidad como lo son reportes de calidad, presentación y aprobación de PPAP´s y requerimientos específicos. Escolaridad: Ingeniería – Titulado y con Cédula Profesional Maestría Deseable Requisitos: 5 años o más en puestos similares Experiencia en administración de personal Inglés avanzado Conocimientos específicos: Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP Y AMEF) Interpretación de Planos Sistemas de Medición Estándares de Calidad Procedimiento de producto no conforme y material sospechoso Soldadura básica Conocimiento del producto Requerimientos del cliente Normas del cliente y Normas aplicables en la industria automotriz Portales de cliente (Automotriz) Control Dimensional Métodos de Análisis de Solución de Problemas Administración efectiva de equipos de trabajo Negociación efectiva Desarrollo de personal Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
