PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To provide timely, accurate and commercially insightful financial reporting across The Experiential Learning Group (TELG) and its operating brands, PCA and Youd Andrews. This role is central to ensuring financial rigour and clarity in a multi-entity, multi-brand group structure, during a critical phase of growth, integration, and future planning.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering monthly reporting, supporting forecasting and planning, partnering with operational teams, and improving systems and processes across the Group. This is a hands-on, varied role with exposure to commercial and strategic decision-making at group level.
THE ROLE
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the TELG group finance function. While PCA and Youd Andrews are the client-facing delivery businesses, the holding company (TELG) owns and oversees both entities, with shared overheads, cross-charging, and group-wide planning and reporting responsibilities.
As Management Accountant, you will work across all three entities—ensuring accurate, joined-up reporting and modelling that reflects both the performance of each brand and the group as a whole. You will partner closely with the Group FD and work with MDs and functional leads across PCA and YA to provide financial insight and accountability.
This role would suit a qualified or finalist accountant seeking a role in a growing, purpose-led group heading towards exit.
