As the facility manager, you will have responsibility for entire operations of IPSD Suzhou Changshu facility (PMCL), with a very unique scope to manage full P&L, business development, strategy planning, people growth and day to day PQVC commitments, toward to a truly world-class engine components source What You Will Do: • Leadership to entire functional teams, include Operation, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply chain, EHS&S, NPI&NSI, as well as providing leadership to all supporting and functional team sitting in Changshu facility • Continue the NPC reduction, to secure and enhance cost competitiveness • Lead the facility transformation, including re-layout, process re-engineering, future plan, automation development and customer value increase • Hands-on and down to earth, deep engaged in daily management to drive continuous improvement and business results • Maintain the culture of everybody doing the work matters and everybody growing everyday What Skills You Will Have: • Very clear purpose in career path • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines. CMA certificate is preferred • Operations leadership experience, and machining process understanding • Demonstrated learning capability • Problem-Solving skills in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex operational and technical issues. • Fluent English skill and strong global collaboration skillset • A true pioneer mindset, willing to challenge the impossible and dare to be No.1 This position requires working onsite five days a week.
