MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

  • 20+ years experience in delivering major construction projects
  • Experience in leading large teams and understanding the imperatives of what makes a project successful
  • Ability to work alongside senior project teams and Executive leadership.
  • Ability to cut through complex issues and provide clear recommendations that make a positive difference
  • Ability to travel across Australia, New Zealand and on occasion to projects in South East Asia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide objective and independent assurance to the CPB MD & ELT that Projects are meeting their stated targets and are compliant with Company processes and procedures.
  • Liase with executive leadership to ensure project reviews are being carried out to meet business priorities
  • Leadership of review teams as appropriate
