JOB TITLE: GROUP MANAGER – FINANCE

Location: Dubai, UAE
Role Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Group Manager – Finance to oversee the financial operations of multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating financials, driving compliance, managing budgeting and reporting cycles, and providing strategic insights to support the group’s overall financial health and growth.
This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of regulatory and tax environment, and the ability to work across multiple subsidiaries/divisions.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

• Strong command over financial analysis, consolidation, and financial controls
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Fluency in English & Arabic

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA /CPA /CMA/ACCA preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a group or multi-unit finance leadership role
• Strong exposure to finance laws, tax environment, and regulatory bodies
• Experience in multiple industries like trading, contracting, manufacturing, or services is preferred
