Job Description BU Finance Group manager will be responsible for: • Budgets - Operating Plan Preparation and Closure• Revenue assurance and monthly closing as per US GAAP/ IFRS.• Compliances of commercial clauses agreed in customer contracts• Perform Analytical reviews of operating P&L by comparing actual to budgetforecasttrendspricing to ensure that revenue and expenses are accurately recorded on monthly basis and exceptions/deviations are timely flagged off.• Work with Ops heads to achieve KPIs• Month and quarter close activities• Process wise P&L forecasting on monthly basis.• Pricing of new opportunities • Automation initiatives• STPI/SEZ compliances by maintaining system hygiene• Able to work in team environment, having good communication and interpersonal skill.• Should be able to work with cross functional team• Advance knowledge of MS office including excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Oracle/SAP and Hyperion/BO will be preferred. Qualifications CA, CMA, MBA with relevant 7 years of minimum experience in BU Finance and FP&A in service industry, preferably from IT/ITES.

Responsibilities

The Group Manager will be responsible for budgets, revenue assurance, and compliance with commercial clauses in customer contracts. They will also perform analytical reviews of operating P&L and work with operations heads to achieve KPIs.
