Job Description We at Bosch R&D Center Lund are seeking for a person to take up the role as Group Manager to lead our engineering team with unique expertise in RF systems, including antenna, hardware and mechanics. Candidates should should possess a strong technical foundation, a proactive approach, and a proven ability to inspire and guide a team to success. You are expected to take ownership of projects and drive innovation within Bosch's advanced mobility solutions, directly impacting the performance and reliability of our products and innovative technologies. Qualifications You have documented experience leading groups with responsibility of creating wireless connectivity products. You can condense complex technical concepts, challenges and solutions You are comfortable in presenting to and aligning with various stakeholders and management. You have been part of developing products from from idea, concept into realization and launching those to the market. You have experience in building communities and establishing a culture with emphasis on sharing and learning. You are aiming for a cooperative leadership style to give the team the right level of autonomy. You challenge and take risks when needed, and support the teams with stability and focus when assignments go into critical project phases. You are engaged and self-directed, with a strong sense of initiative and enjoy working in an international environment. You should uphold a Masters degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or similar. You are expected to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. German language is a plus.
