JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax and Client Reporting, the Manager, Tax Operations will be responsible to lead and oversee complex tax reporting initiatives and projects, while strengthening vendor relationship, modernizing processes, and influencing the future state of wealth tax operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our tax reporting processes.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian tax regulatory regimes, including QI, FATCA, CRS, CRA, and RQ considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with platform or system development teams on projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Tax Operations, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Client Reporting, Project Management or related areas.
