YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrician for industrial engineering with completed master craftsman training in metallurgy/ electrical engineering or state-certified technician
• Instructor aptitude test an advantage
• Several years of experience in running a workshop (machinery, technical realization)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in maintenance
• Good knowledge of the common MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• ERP knowledge, ideally SAP
• Good command of English

• Planning and controlling the operational processes in the Group, taking into account the weekly, monthly and annual maintenance targets (for the entire production machinery in the facility)
• Planning and implementation of medium and long-term scheduling and resource planning in coordination with the responsible Maintenance Manager
• Ensuring compliance with relevant key figures such as MTTR, occupational safety and costs
• Time management in SAP for the Group
• Active participation in shop floor meetings
• Establishing, promoting and practicing exchange and cooperation with the appropriate interfaces, e.g: Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering, HR, CRE, Sourcing
• Planning and ensuring the qualification and interdisciplinary qualification of employees within the group in coordination with the Production Manager
• Creating and updating risk assessments and following up on implementation of the defined measures
• Selection of new employees
• Continual improvement of operational processes and structures within the Group
• Support in the continuous optimization of maintenance processes
• Decision on awarding contracts to internal or external service providers according to technical, financial and personnel criteria
• Communication/coordination with the engineers for processing operational orders
• Responsible for the creation and planning of new/existing maintenance and repair plans in cooperation with the specialist departments and the machine suppliers, time frame > 6 months
