Job Description Role: Group Manager – Contract Management & PMO Contract Management Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including: Preparation of change control notes in alignment with client agreements Coordination with internal stakeholders such as Legal and Finance to review and validate change control documentation Partnering with Client Relationship Managers to ensure timely execution of change requests Maintaining an organized repository of all contractual documents, including MSAs, SOWs, and CCNs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track action items from key client meetings and ensure completion within agreed timelines Support senior leadership in contract-related discussions, commercial negotiations, and decision-making Program Management Office (PMO)Manage the client billing process (monthly invoicing), including: Generating invoices based on agreed FTE counts and processed UTP volumes Addressing client queries related to billing and ensuring timely payment follow-ups Coordinating with Client Relationship Managers to obtain Purchase Order (PO) details for invoicing Develop and present monthly revenue forecasts, highlighting any variances to leadership Prepare headcount projections on a monthly basis and flag deviationsEnsure accurate mapping and classification of resources within the payroll system Drive and manage governance routines and engagement cadence with the client Qualifications Graduation
Responsibilities
Oversee the complete contract lifecycle including change control notes and coordination with legal and finance teams. Manage the PMO functions such as client billing, revenue forecasting, and resource mapping within the payroll system.
