o Partner with Research and Development to define design principles and ways in for identified innovation territories. o Partner with internal and external research teams to develop research briefs and learning plans o Partner closely with Product Category Business teams to take action on product innovation territories and author strategic briefs for products at scale. o Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities. o Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and future-forward thinking. We'd love to hear from people with: 5+ years of experience in pipeline innovation development and strategy within the retail industry. Strong understanding of consumer insights and market dynamics. A passion for customer experience and a deep curiosity about what's next in beverage, food, and culture. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Creative thinking skills with a bias for action and a passion for beverage and food trends. Excellent communication and strategic storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment. 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams, with demonstrated success in managing people, developing talent, and fostering high performance. Partners have access to short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, paid vacation from date of hire*, sick time (accrued at 1 hour for every 25 hours worked), eight paid holidays, and two personal days per year. You will also have access to backup care and DACA reimbursement. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
