Your role at Micronova For our production workshop in Jablonec nad Nisou, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on production leader who will ensure smooth daily operations and provide reliable support for our team. You will be responsible for the efficient execution of production activities, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating your current 4 colleagues so that our top-tier HiL systems are always delivered on time and in perfect quality. You will act as a key operational partner connecting the production floor with logistics, purchasing, and engineering, while working closely with our Head of Production. Your mission Production & Order Management: You will lead and coordinate the daily workflow in the workshop, prioritize production orders based on operational needs, and fine-tune work sequences to ensure deadlines are reliably met. Team Leadership & Onboarding: You will take operational and disciplinary care of our production team, manage the flow of material and operators, and support the onboarding and integration of new team members. Material Availability & Planning: You will regularly monitor material for ongoing activities, take care of timely escalation in case of shortages, and cooperate with purchasing and logistics to find solutions. Problem Solving & Escalations: You will handle daily operational issues on the floor, sync on priorities and risks with the Head of Production, and collaborate with engineering or suppliers when needed. Quality & Technical Support: You will ensure our high quality standards are maintained and, as a hands-on leader, you are ready to support the team with assembly, testing, or commissioning whenever necessary. Your profile You have proven experience with operational and disciplinary team leadership within a production environment. Technical and analytical thinking is natural to you, and you have a solid background or experience in the electrical or engineering field. You can effectively prioritize tasks, tackle operational issues head-on, and maintain open communication regarding workload and bottlenecks. You possess strong communication skills and enjoy acting as a smooth interface between production, logistics, purchasing, and engineering. You can communicate comfortably in English, as you will work with technical documentation and be in contact with international teams.
