Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for complex, product-led platforms. This role requires strong UX thinking, systems design, and ownership, with the ability to translate business and operational needs into clear, scalable user experiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing workflow-driven, data-heavy products and can partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities UX Strategy & Discovery Own UX from problem definition through execution Translate business, operational, and user requirements into intuitive experiences Conduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder inputs, and system constraints Define user journeys, task flows, and information architecture Identify usability risks and edge cases early in the design process Product & Systems Design. Design scalable experiences for multi-role, multi-module platforms Create and maintain design systems and reusable components Ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across the product Design for efficiency, accuracy, and clarity in complex workflows UI & Interaction Design Deliver high-quality wireframes, interaction models, and visual designs Design data-dense interfaces including dashboards, tables, filters, and status indicators Apply accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices Balance visual simplicity with functional depth Collaboration & Ownership Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams Clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and handoffs Mentor junior designers and uphold design quality standards Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for product-led platforms Strong foundation in UX thinking, IA, user journeys, and task flows Experience designing workflow-based or operations-heavy systems Ability to handle complex business rules and edge cases Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive modules Good to Have Experience with enterprise or B2B SaaS products (e.g., QA/QC systems, operations tools, admin platforms, internal products)Exposure to AI-assisted workflows, automation, or rule-based systems.
