Job Description Overall 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years in volume hiring • Candidate Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for frontline roles. Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, vendors, social media, and networking events, to reach potential candidates. Maintain healthy source mix and CPH Process Management:• Manage the entire hiring process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Manage/Implement structured interview process and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. Stakeholder Management Team Management , Collaboration and Communication:• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 10 yrs of overall experience with minimum qulaification as graduate. Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (preferred skill set) .Knowledge of HR best practices and policies.
