Job Description Group Manager (B1) – Continuous Improvement (CI) F&A Processes Department: Finance & Accounting (F&A) Function: Quality. Reporting To: General Manager Quality Role. Objective :- To provide strategic leadership in driving continuous improvement across multiple client accounts within Finance & Accounting shared services. The role requires designing governing and scaling Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation frameworks enabling cost reduction cycle time optimization and quality improvements at an enterprise level. The Group Manager will act as a transformation partner for clients ensuring standardization automation adoption and governance maturity across large F&A portfolios. Key Responsibilities : - Define and drive the continuous improvement roadmap across F&A towers (P2P O2C R2R FP&A). Embed Lean Six Sigma methodologies process reengineering and automation at scale. Translate business priorities into CI programs that deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes Partner with CXO level stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement future ready solutions. Lead governance forums transformation reviews and joint business planning sessions with clients. Ensure adherence to contractual KPIs SLAs and XLAs while proactively managing risk and compliance. Lead enterprise level Kaizen/innovation initiatives across multiple clients. Oversee CI project portfolio management – ensure savings delivery benefits realization and timely execution. Drive change adoption through stakeholder engagement communication plans and structured governance. Build and manage a high performing team of CI practitioners across locations. Mentor Deputy Managers Assistant Managers and Analysts in Lean Six Sigma automation and analytics. Promote a culture of innovation continuous learning and thought leadership Champion the adoption of automation (RPA AI/ML Power Automate Alteryx Tableau/Power BI) for F&A operations. Leverage advanced analytics to identify root causes predict risks and enable proactive interventions. Standardize tools templates and dashboards for CI project tracking and benefits reporting. Required Skills & Competencies : - Strong expertise in Finance & Accounting processes within a BPM/shared services environment Proven experience in leading Lean Six Sigma programs. Advanced proficiency in CI tools and techniques (DMAIC Kaizen Design Thinking VSM FMEA). Strong exposure to automation digital transformation and data driven decision making Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to lead multiple large scale transformation programs across geographies Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate CI outcomes into P&L impact. Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma : - Strong exposure to global client management and multi-location delivery Experience in leading large-scale automation/digital programs in Finance & Accounting. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce Finance Business or related field 10–12 years of Total Work Experience with at least 5/6 years in CI leadership within BPM/shared services. Additional Information FNA – GL Preferred/ AP/AR. Role: - Team Role /Client Facing – Internal/External . Shifts: - UK – 12-9 /1-10 PM IST (Monday to Friday). Work Mode – Hybrid – 3 Days in a Week, Work From Office.
