The Group Manager | Water & Wastewater is a dynamic leader with a collaborative leadership mindset that is responsible for cultivating a coaching culture and ensuring high standards in project execution and client satisfaction.    Key Responsibilities:   * Inspire and coach group members to enhance our employee-owner culture and drive engagement in their professional development. * Ensure timely and superior project delivery while collaborating across service groups. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction. * Manage project budgets, prioritize workloads, and ensure fiscal responsibility. * Work closely with Operations and Service AVPs to address staffing, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.   Requirements:   * Bachelor’s degree in in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering (or related field) * Pennsylvania P.E. License  * Minimum of 7 years of varied environmental work with emphasis on water treatment, storage and distribution systems and wastewater treatment, collection and conveyance facilities, in addition to project management and project team supervisory experience * Working knowledge of SewerCAD * Advanced knowledge of Wastewater Collection and Conveyance System, Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Distribution systems design  * Experience in PA Act 537 Plan preparation  * Experience in client relations, proposal preparation, project budgeting, and public presentations * Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative teams, with a strong emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment  * Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills  * Effective utilization of common business platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, project management systems, etc. * Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays * Valid US Driver’s License is required * Legal authorization to work in the U.S.     Life at HRG   Are you a creative problem solver who wants to make a difference in people’s everyday lives?
