CONTEXT
We are looking for someone who has advanced knowledge of using Hubspot. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how it works, how it can be configured to build segments and workflows, as well as how it can integrate with other systems, creating opportunities for efficiencies, data management reporting and automation across the platform.
The Group Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of automated marketing campaigns. The individual will be critical in driving campaign performance, optimising for success, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals while ensuring Hubspot is properly maintained in line with best practices. This position requires a combination of marketing experience and technical aptitude to support and elevate the capabilities of our marketing automation platform.
The Group Marketing Automation Manager will work closely with the Marketing Optimisation Manager to ensure campaigns are constantly improved through optimisation and with the Data and Insights team to learn about customer trends and segments that can be brought into automation processes.
The Group Marketing Automation Manager will seek to maintain a bridge between marketing and sales within HubSpot. Whilst it is the responsibility of the Group Marketing and Group Sales Directors to agree an overall customer acquisition and retention strategy, it will be the Marketing Automation Manager’s role to enforce the strategy and ensure both teams remain aligned in all matters relating to CRM.
