We are looking for a versatile and commercially driven Group Marketing & Commercial Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong marketing and communications experience, and a passion for driving business growth and brand visibility. You will work across multiple functions to support product development, sustainability initiatives, digital engagement, and stakeholder communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, commercial communications, or business development.
  • Skills :Strong commercial acumen and customer engagement capabilities. Proven ability to drive revenue-generating initiatives. Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for branding, messaging, and public positioning.
  • Attributes :Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented. Comfortable handling varied tasks in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.

Responsibilities
  • To create the development and launch of new products, including market research, business plan, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • To lead the Group’s sustainability and ESG initiatives by working in related information gathering, communications, reporting, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
  • To act as a brand ambassador for the Group of Companies by upholding and promoting brand values, ensuring consistency in messaging, and strengthening the Group’s identity across all platforms and stakeholder engagements.
  • To manage the company’s social media platforms, including the LinkedIn account of the CEO, to amplify leadership and Group’s digital presence and visibility, corporate messages, and engagement with external audiences.
  • To collaborate with the Heads of Business Units to plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing revenue streams and enhancing brand awareness.
  • To support lead generation efforts through, digital campaigns, events, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • To ensure the website and digital content are optimised for search engines in order to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance user engagement.
  • To design and distribute surveys, monitor responses, and compile findings for management review and strategic planning.
  • To analyze competitors’ marketing activities and develop strategies to position the Group of Companies competitively.
  • To draft content on company developments such as product launches, and prepare speeches for media release.
  • To prepare and deliver presentations on the Group’s business profiles to internal and external stakeholders.
  • To be able to do simple IT setup and adhere to company cybersecurity and internet safety protocols.
  • To schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including document preparation, logistics arrangements, and accurate minute-taking for the Senior Management Board (SMB).
  • To set up and manage the ALEX helpdesk system to ensure timely support, efficient handling of internal and external inquiries, and resolution tracking.
  • To undertake additional duties and assignments as directed by the SMB.
