Group Marketing Communication Junior Specialist Main responsibilities: Monitoring social media activities across all Group brands — tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and optimizing creative and media spending. Supporting the Group-level social media content production, including Always-On toolkits, notable day posts, and other central assets. Supporting Group-driven social media campaigns and influencer activations from planning to execution. Coordinating Always-On central activities such as Performance Max and Weather Ads, ensuring smooth production, localization, and timely rollout. Tracking and managing the PWG checklist to ensure full and timely toolkit execution. Monitoring and analyzing website KPIs, supporting the continuous optimization of the Group’s digital presence. Establishing and maintaining a Digital Marketing Knowledge Hub to foster best practice sharing across markets. Supporting the Always-On Online Video (OLV) strategy by coordinating content alignment and optimization. Contributing to the MOVE communication asset standardization project, including newsletters, coupons, and push notifications. Assisting in organizing the Host Challenge Trip (training provided). Preparing communication briefs for MarCom and collecting relevant input from countries. Gathering and sharing information on country-level social media and digital activities, including KPI monitoring and Group material usage. Providing general support to the Communications Expert and Digital Expert in their daily activities. We’re looking for someone who: Is studying or has a background in Marketing, Communication, or related fields. Has strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and brand communication. Is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks. Feels comfortable working in English (both written and spoken).
