We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive with a passion for digital marketing, strong content creation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). The successful candidate will help shape our digital presence, manage day-to-day marketing communications, support in-venue marketing, and produce engaging marketing brochures and collateral.
This is a multi-brand role offering significant learning opportunities, creativity, and clear career progression within a dynamic and supportive team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally within hospitality.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, email campaigns, website updates, and online advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and ability to translate them into engaging brand content.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and optimise performance metrics.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and awareness of industry challenges and opportunities is an advantage.
  • Flexibility is essential – occasional evening and weekend work will be required to support events and content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns with the Group Marketing Manager across social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and seasonal events.
  • Create content tailored to current social media trends, driving engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Design and support the production of marketing brochures, collateral, and in-venue promotions.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Build and manage Facebook target audiences and deliver impactful social media campaigns.
  • Manage and respond to the group’s info inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Attend occasional evening or weekend events to capture photos, videos, and stories to build the content bank.
  • Stay on top of the latest digital and social media trends to keep campaigns fresh, innovative, and competitive.
