We are looking for a Group Marketing Specialist, working for our Global Fleet Sales Team working out of our Bangkok Head Office. Responsibilities: Conducting research to understand market trends, customer behaviors, competitors, and industry insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns Write and launch marketing Bulletin and lead generation campaigns Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals Adjusts marketing plans and activities to achieve business objective Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital (social media, email, content marketing), traditional (print, TV, radio), and events, to promote products or services Planning and organizing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage customers and prospects Create and implement marketing communication plan Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback Presents findings to teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department Reports findings and results to upper management and executives Background/Experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Two years of Marketing experience RMA Group is an equal opportunity employer, with a diverse group of colleagues globally representing different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
