GROUP OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - PREMIUM DINING PUB, ISLINGTON

We are currently recruiting for an outstanding group operations director for an independently owned premium dining pub group based in Islington & Shoreditch. The four pubs are a hugely profitable and extremely busy, particularly with their Sunday roasts and outside gardens in the sunshine. Each pub has it’s own identity and food concept but what doesn’t vary is their impeccable standards from service, quality ingredients and wines. The operations director must have a strong financial sense and understanding.
