We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Group Operations Officer to lead the operational expansion of Clements Medical clinics across the Townsville and North Queensland region. • Oversee operational facets of Clements Medical Group business in the areas of Business Management and Reporting, Compliance, Accounts, IT, Marketing, HR, Recruitment  
• Lead a team of Practice Managers to deliver on the business plans and manage a team of PMs 
• Ensure standard operating processes are in place
• As a member of the senior executive team implement the group strategy with The Founder
• Set and achieve KPI’s and benchmarks for the business set in conjunction with The Founder and Practice Managers
• Implement corporate culture and values. Promote continuous improvement “can do” attitude and positive work environment
• Represent the Clements Medical Group at industry events and in the local community and promote our branding, values and ethics (some travel will be required)

Skills required for this role include:

• demonstrable experience at a senior level across a variety of disciplines including operations and management
• qualifications in Business Management highly regarded
• strong leadership, communication and people management skills 
• ability to take initiative, work autonomously and productively as part of a team
• establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external 
• collaborate, negotiate and communicate with a range of audiences and stakeholders both internal and external
• solid analytical skills and attention to detail 

Preferred skills include:

• demonstrable experience in the Medical Practice industry 
• sound understanding of Medical Practice operational procedures and processes
• knowledge of government regulations, industry regulations, codes of ethics and best practices (eg. RACGP, AMA, AAPM, WHS, other) as it relates to the Medical Practice industry
• interest in integrating AI into business and health processes
