NK Motors is one of the UK’s leading Kia dealerships, operating two flagship sites in Derby and Nottingham. We’re known for delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and pushing performance across every department. We’re now looking for a Group Parts Manager to take our Parts Division to the next level.

THE ROLE

This isn’t your average Parts Manager job. We want someone who’s hungry to build, grow, and dominate the trade parts market across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Based at our Pride Park Derby dealership, you’ll initially be laser-focused on launching and scaling our Trade Parts Business – with full backing to double current turnover.
Once established, the role will expand to full responsibility for both dealership Parts Departments. You’ll lead from the front, overseeing everything from stock control and profitability to accessory sales and manufacturer relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and grow a profitable Trade Parts Business from the ground up
• Set and achieve ambitious sales and margin targets
• Design and implement efficient parts delivery logistics (including van operations)
• Recruit and manage trade sales team as the division expands
• Oversee both Derby and Nottingham dealership parts operations
• Drive performance in stock control, profitability, accessory sales, and service levels
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits
• Act as key liaison with Kia UK to ensure compliance, growth, and innovation
• Implement reporting structures to monitor department KPIs
• Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results
