Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Group People Associate to join our global People Team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in HR, supporting day-to-day people operations across both the UK and US. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee data, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and maintaining employee data in our HRIS (HiBob), ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Acting as a first point of contact and managing the People Helpdesk enquiries, triaging requests, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Logging and tracking all payroll-related action to ensure timely and accurate processing by the Group Payroll Manager
  • Assisting with general benefits administration across all regions, including data entry, tracking changes, and supporting employee queries
  • Generating routine and ad hoc reports with guidance from our People Data & Insights Specialist
  • Ownership and execution of our employee onboarding and offboarding processes, partnering with managers to provide a high level experience to those entering or exiting the business
  • Drafting employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and HR communications
  • Collaborating across teams to support wider People projects and company initiatives
  • Providing administrative support to the wider People Team, learning from experienced HR professionals
