As our Regional PR Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our narrative across key markets, while elevating EasyPark Group’s brands and reputation.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years of proven PR experience including corporate, crisis and market PR
  • Proven track record in international matrix and cross-functional organizations, managing agencies and budgets, and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a strong plus
  • Excellent content producing skills – able to write in an engaging way adapted to target groups and channels
  • Strong project management skills and experience in a digital environment.
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Regional PR Manager, you’ll be a key architect in elevating EasyPark Group’s brands and reputation on a global scale. You’ll be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, support and advise our local teams in communication related topics and drive impactful PR initiatives. You’ll be their strategic partner on a day to day basis, as well as contributing to global initiatives like M&A announcements and crisis communications.
Reporting to the Global Head of Communications & Sustainability, you’ll be part of a collaborative team of PR Managers, Internal Communications Managers and a Sustainability Manager, ensuring consistent, efficient, and clear communication across the organization. The small yet powerful team plays a crucial role in ensuring EasyPark Group’s continued growth through providing excellent communications. You’ll also collaborate closely with our global Marketing, Public Affairs and Executive Leadership teams, to ensure communication strategies are aligned and impactful.
This is a hybrid role based near our office outside London, UK, with close collaboration with Stockholm HQ in Sweden, and colleagues worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for external communications and press contact for a selected number of prioritized markets, including UK and France
  • Creating content for various communication channels including press releases, media briefings, pitches, presentations and Group website content.
  • Monitoring and analyzing media coverage to identify opportunities and follow up on success
  • Developing and implementing local PR plans, supporting EasyPark Group’s growth targets such as customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Managing local PR agencies and leading initiatives by running briefings and processes
  • Collaborate broadly across the organization and connect PR agencies across markets to share best practices
  • Supporting spokespersons with external communications such as messaging, Q&A’s, presentations etc.
  • Building relationships with targeted relevant stakeholders such as journalists, agencies, investors, key influencers and decision makers
