MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 8 years of product experience building and launching consumer applications and products with a focus on end user experiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 10 years product management experience with consumer facing products from inception to launch.
  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with Generative AI.
  • Experience with prototyping and guiding AI models.

Responsibilities
  • Own definition of product roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by overseeing collaboration with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design.
  • Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
  • Collaborate across Core, Search, Google Deep Mind, UX, AI Research, and Engineering to build AI-powered identity solutions that feel assistive, contextual, and secure.
  • Use excellent user empathy, and qualitative/quantitative insights, define solutions that enhance user agency while reducing fragmentation across Google’s ecosystem, translating them into a data-driven roadmap with clear impact goals.
  • Create a cohesive Google identity system designed with AI in mind in collaboration with teams across Core, Google DeepMind, and product areas such as Search and Gemini, and design identity solutions.
