About the role As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a product pillar within Bees Link, owning strategy and execution for initiatives that enable and scale the modern trade ecosystem. You will manage and develop a team of Product Managers while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive high-impact outcomes aligned with Bees’ long-term goals. What you'll do: Lead one of the core product pillars of Bees Link, with a strong focus on the modern trade ecosystem beyond the core order-taking journey. Work on product initiatives beyond the core order-taking journey, supporting modern trade ecosystem use cases such as pricing tools, discounts, campaigns, and post-order experiences. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a set of strategic initiatives focused on expanding and evolving the modern trade experience on Bees Link. Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and career growth support. Partner closely with engineering leadership, design, data, and senior business stakeholders to drive high-impact, strategic initiatives. Act as a key product voice in discussions with senior and executive leadership, influencing priorities and investments. Ensure alignment between customer needs, business goals, and product delivery. Promote strong product discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement practices across the team. What you'll need: University degree in a field related to the role; Solid experience as a Product Manager, owning complex products or platforms end-to-end. Proven experience leading PMs and/or cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability. Experience presenting to and influencing senior or executive stakeholders. Deep understanding of modern product management, discovery practices, and Agile delivery. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Experience with B2B platforms, enterprise products, or modern trade environments is a strong plus. Background in technology, engineering, or data-driven organizations is highly desirable.
