Key Responsibilities: * Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for risk management and fraud prevention systems at Cashfree Payments. * Build and lead a team of product managers focusing on areas like KYC/AML, transaction risk, chargebacks, and compliance automation. * Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design ML-based risk models, rule engines, and real-time decisioning systems. * Develop a roadmap to improve detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and enhance overall system performance. * Partner with compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure regulatory readiness and auditability. * Translate business risk objectives into clear, measurable product outcomes and success metrics. * Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align on risk appetite, thresholds, and mitigation strategies. * Continuously analyze fraud trends, attack patterns, and evolving threats to proactively strengthen Cashfree’s defense mechanisms. * Represent the Risk Product function in strategic planning, OKR setting, and leadership forums. What We’re Looking For * 8–12 years of total experience with at least 3+ years leading a product team * Proven experience building or scaling risk/fraud prevention, compliance, or security products in fintech, payments, or lending * Strong understanding of transaction risk, chargebacks, KYC/AML, and fraud detection framework * Exposure to working with ML models, rule engines, or data-driven decision systems * Demonstrated success in building product roadmaps, defining metrics, and shippinga large-scale risk platform * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to lead and mentor product managers, while influencing engineering and data science teams * Experience with SQL, dashboards, and data analysis tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
