As per position description. Position Overview The Group Home Product Manager is a key member of the company’s senior leadership team responsible for driving the strategic development, performance, marketing and growth of the Group’s Home portfolio. This role requires a balance of technical and specification expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership qualities to ensure the Group remains at the forefront of the New Zealand electrical trades industry. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the Home product portfolio, including specification, design, compliance, stock management, sales, entry and exit strategies and supplier relationships. They will lead initiatives that strengthen market presence, drive innovation, and deliver profitable outcomes across all channels. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, is highly accountable, and demonstrates a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
