Description

At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers. We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create something amazing. And that’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to help drive the unification and evolution of assessment experiences at Instructure. This role is central to shaping a seamless, innovative, and scalable assessment strategy that serves educators, learners, and administrators. You will work closely with engineering, design, content, go-to-market teams, and business stakeholders to deliver modern assessment improvements and experiences while ensuring thoughtful rollout for customers. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced product manager who thrives on both guiding teams and diving into the nitty-gritty of product development and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap for your assessment area in service of assessment across Instructure’s portfolio.
  • Drive discovery, research, and experimentation, balancing rapid innovation with a disciplined approach to scaling features for broad adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success teams to bring best-in-class assessment solutions to market.
  • Prioritize and execute upgrades and new capabilities, ensuring a balance between modernizing assessment tools, introducing innovative features, and partnering with and supporting customers.
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders, aligning educators, internal teams, and executives on product direction, feature rollouts, and expected impact.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform product decisions, measure success, and continuously improve the assessment experience.
  • Own go-to-market strategy and change management, ensuring an excellent customer experience
