Description

WHO WE ARE:

Manychat is a leading Chat Marketing platform. We help businesses engage with their customers on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Trusted by over 1 million brands in 170+ countries, we’re an official Meta Business Partner, backed by top investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners.
With 250+ teammates across international offices in Austin, Barcelona, Yerevan, São Paulo, and Amsterdam — Manychat helps businesses across the globe improve their ROI and grow faster.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Group Product Manager for Packaged Automations to build and scale a new layer on top of Flow Builder — making automation effortless, outcome-driven, and accessible for millions of creators and businesses.
Packaged Automations will serve as a library of ready-to-use workflows that deliver instant value. Under the hood, they run on Flow Builder, but for customers they offer a simple, guided, “one-click” experience. Your role is to define the vision, own the roadmap, and grow the impact of this product area, while building and leading a dedicated team.
Main directions: Quick Automation, Basic Automation, Sequences, Quick Campaigns
This is a unique opportunity to own one of Manychat’s most strategic bets and help shape how millions of users experience automation for the first time.

Responsibilities
  • Define the vision & strategy for Packaged Automations as a product layer above Flow Builder.
  • Lead execution: from 01 launch to scaling adoption across channels (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Deeply understand customers: research use cases across creators, e-commerce, local businesses, and agencies to design impactful packaged flows.
  • Drive adoption & retention: ensure automations reduce time-to-value, generate measurable business outcomes, and increase customer success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Data to build intuitive, lightweight experiences.
  • Build and scale a team: start hands-on, then hire and mentor PMs as the Packaged Automations unit grows.
  • Measure success: own KPIs like automation adoption, Value Added Conversations (VACs), time-to-value, and health/retention lift.
