Responsibilities

Redgate is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to join our team and lead our Productivity group. This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad remit, in an influential role, which will genuinely shape the future of our products and our Productivity business.
With responsibility for managing a team of Product Managers and the product portfolio in your solution area, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and execute the solution vision and direction. Your expertise in designing solution strategies and driving commercial outcomes will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.
As a Group Product Manager, you’ll work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. You’ll also work closely with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding and Support teams, to translate these to customer adoption and value.
You’ll inspire and lead a high-performing team, ensuring that our products deliver for customers, and develop effectively aligned with the overarching portfolio vision. In addition, you will use your skills and experience to contribute to the continued growth of our product function.
