Job Title: Group Product Manager - Argos shopping experiences (12-Month Fixed Term)
Location: Flexible (one day a week from the London office)

Our front end shopping experiences are a key component of our strategy to enhance customer engagement and streamline their shopping journey. We are looking for a talented Group Product Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to lead and inspire our product management team.
Role Overview: As the Group Product Manager for Argos shopping experiences, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our experiences across the homepage, listers, PDPs and SEO. You will line manage a Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, ensuring that our experiences continue to meet the needs of our customers and drives business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating innovative digital solutions. This role also covers our experiences on Tu.co.uk and Habitat.co.uk as we operate off a shared technology platform.
Please note this is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for across our Argos top of funnel, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, including a Product Manager and an Associate Product Manager, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of our experiences and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
