We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Group Products Technician UK, based in Binley, Coventry. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE GROUP PRODUCTS TECHNICIAN ROLE:

Working in a small team, you will be technically aiding customers and supporting internally on group products ranging from Sliding Head Machines, Bar Loaders, Rotary Transfer Machines, Multispindle Lathes and full CNC Multispindle Lathes. This could be studying customers component drawings to provide effective and efficient solutions, setting up for a turnkey, installation of machines/bar loaders and training. You will also be required to work with the service department to aid in machine servicing and breakdowns. You should be able to work through machining problems systematically to provide a repeatable solution. This role requires global travel so a passport and driving license is necessary.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS OUR GROUP PRODUCTS TECHNICIAN WILL INCLUDE:

  • Technical support.
  • Machine/Bar Loader commissioning.
  • Turnkey set ups.
  • Delivering training courses.
  • Machine servicing support.
