THE ROLE Have you worked in general practice for a while and know the day-to-day inside out? Are you the go-to person when something needs improving or organising, but not sure where that experience could take you next? If so, this could be the perfect step forward. Were looking for aProject Coordinatorto join our friendly, forward-thinking team at the Welby Groups central Hub in Bottesford.
This role is ideal for a general practice manager, team lead, or healthcare administrator whos played a part in service improvements, led small projects, or naturally takes the reins when something needs fixing or delivering. Working in our bright, modern converted church office, youll help us drive positive change across our practices. From improving how services run to supporting staff training and systems development, your insight and coordination will make a difference. One day a week, you’ll also support research activities to help us progress to Level 3 accreditationdont worry if this is new to you, well offer training and guidance.
