Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF JOB

The Group Resourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting the JTC Group across multiple jurisdictions by providing an end-to-end resourcing service to employees, managers and future employees.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Responsible for the full Resourcing life cycle across multiple jurisdictions, from approval for recruitment through to sourcing, assessment, immigration requirements, interview, offer and then through to hired status, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver a first-class Recruitment experience, including but not limited to hiring managers, HR Business Partner’s, HR Ops team and external agencies / third parties.
  • Ensure high standard documentation and accuracy is maintained pertaining to resourcing matters by adherence to process, SLA’s, check lists, four eye checks.This may include but is not limited to; Requisitions, job descriptions, adverts, recruitment invoices, offer letters, on boarding information etc.
  • Promote JTC as an international employer of choice with strong brand recognition across all sourcing channels both internally and externally, have a strong presence on relevant social media platforms, employee referrals, third party job boards or agencies and own network.
  • Maximise the use of technology in resourcing activities, use the People@JTC system to its fullest functionality, maximise the use of social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Manage JTC Gateway applications, promoting the mobility offering across the Group, and coordinating relocation offers, working with the HRBP to ensure relevant work permit and visa applications are in place.
  • Create and own your jurisdictional specific sourcing strategies, to support business and local needs, whilst also adopting our direct sourcing model, considering the impact of resourcing costs and seeking efficiencies where practical.
  • Work with the wider Resourcing team and Academy team to develop and deliver an early careers strategy for the jurisdictions that you support.
  • Continually work to upskill Hiring Managers to help develop their knowledge and resourcing skills to provide the best candidate experience possible.
  • Extrapolate data and contribute metrics and narrative content for reports and resourcing statistics.
  • Actively contribute and be a key member of a multi-jurisdictional HR team building effective working relationships to ensure procedures are accurately followed, allowing for continuity of service during busy periods or times of absence.
  • Maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and accuracy when handling data and ensure that the integrity of processes are maintained. Consider the impact of GDPR on all activities undertaken.
  • Contribute to the wider HR team, supporting ad hoc projects, exchanging knowledge and supporting standards of good practice.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary.
