We’re now looking for a Group Sales & Events Manager to lead our sales and events strategy across the Group, creating unforgettable experiences and driving commercial growth.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the sales and events strategy across multiple venues.
  • Grow revenue through corporate, community, and accommodation sales.
  • Oversee end-to-end event delivery – from concept to execution.
  • Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Deliver commercial insights, budgets, and performance reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales & events team.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Operations, Marketing, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.

THE ROLE

  • Title: Group Sales & Events Manager
  • Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
  • Location: Based onsite in Hurstville with regular travel to the Blue Mountains
