We’ve recently taken over a hotel in one of Ireland’s most vibrant locations, and we’re building something exciting , a fresh, welcoming place that’s all about hospitality, community, and connection. A big part of our future is working with international groups, especially students and educational travelers coming to Ireland, and that’s where you come in.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator – Groups who understands what makes group travel tick. You’ll be the go-to person for organizing group stays, especially for international students, language schools, and educational tours. You’ll work closely with our accommodation and operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly, from booking to check-out.
You should know what it’s like to manage multiple moving parts, enjoy working with people from around the world, and feel comfortable balancing big-picture planning with day-to-day details.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Be the main contact for group bookings (with a focus on student and educational groups).
• Respond to enquiries, create quotes, and handle bookings from start to finish.
• Work with tour operators, schools, and agents to coordinate group stays.
• Liaise closely with the accommodation and front-of-house teams to get room allocations and logistics just right.
• Keep group details organized in our systems and help prepare contracts and rooming lists.
• Help build long-term relationships with group organizers, so they keep coming back.
• Support marketing with ideas for packages or offers aimed at group travel.
• Occasionally attend trade shows or meet with clients (travel may be involved).
