KEY REQUIREMENTS
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and revenue growth across all divisions - gas services, new build, renewables, and commercial. This includes overseeing the full sales lifecycle, from strategic planning and bid management to direct client engagement and relationship building.
A key focus of the role is to personally engage with both existing and prospective clients to promote Phoenix’s full range of services, drive new sales, and identify opportunities for long-term growth. You will also lead our bid team and tendering process to secure new contracts and maximise market share.
You will work with our Marketing team to develop and deliver on our Group marketing strategy to help to maximise market exposure and ultimately secure new business.
This is a senior leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
