Job Description Develop and maintain customer base in all assigned markets. Achieve or Exceed personal sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenance. Attend Sales Meetings, office events, hotel-sponsored functions, and industry functions Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service Identify and execute key action steps each quarter that will achieve booking goals Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Director of Revenue Management to meet and exceed budgeted group room rates Actively target new business within the territory assigned Able to think strategically and maximize our group potential to include use of meeting space for meetings and events. Arrival and departure patterns that fit with the hotel business needs Fully qualify each Group business opportunity to understand the full potential of the booking and account Coordinate with conventions services on groups involving rooms and banquet revenue Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities. Provides excellent customer sales service in order to grow share of the account. Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
