We are seeking a dynamic Out Bound Sales Manager to join our team at Best Western Calcot Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities - Analyse sales data to develop sales strategies and set targets - Manage and motivate the sales team to meet objectives - Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance - Provide leadership, guidance, and training to enhance the team’s selling skills - Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, Bring new business by Planning appointments and FAM Meetings
Requirements - Proven experience in On the Road sales management - Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software - Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide a sales team - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have a clean driving Licence

Pay: Up to £46,000.00 per year
