Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing annual business plans and budgets for new and used machinery sales, focusing on margin performance, market share, and profitability.
  • Establishing and empowering a high-performing sales culture, implementing sales targets, KPIs, and training programs across the group.
  • Driving market share growth for combines and tractors across AU and NZ through strategic forecasting and analysis.
  • Working closely with IT to further develop and ensure 100% utilisation of iDeal as a comprehensive CRM and quoting system.
  • Managing CLAAS Financial Services programs, including HP, leasing, and rental, and overseeing the annual subsidy spend across ANZ.
  • Optimising new and used machinery stock levels, defining pricing strategies, and developing programs to improve margins and liquidity.
  • Providing influential leadership and strategic guidance in product, marketing, and sales, embodying Landpower’s core values.
