Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Group Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key accounts and partners in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions segment. This role focuses on generating group business (particularly incentive and corporate group travel) to maximize revenue, occupancy, and overall profitability of the resort. The Manager will work closely with the Sales, Events, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to execution.
