As the Group Sales Manager, you will support three properties, Hyde Mexico City Reforma, Mama Shelter Roma and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for driving group sales across the three properties by generating new business, managing key client relationships, and delivering strategies that maximize revenue and market share. Drive bookings across various segments, including direct guests, experiential travel agencies, and lifestyle groups. Identify and develop business opportunities such as wellness retreats, group bookings, brand collaborations, and seasonal packages. Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the property's unique offering—adventure, nature, and wellness-focused hospitality. Work closely with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns, activations, and seasonal promotions. Build and maintain partnerships with DMCs, tour operators, lifestyle brands, wellness curators, and corporate clients. Deliver a high-touch, personalized approach to client engagement that fosters long-term loyalty. Monitor sales performance, reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities for growth. Stay informed on regional travel trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market segments in experiential and eco-conscious travel. Work closely with on-site teams to ensure that all guest touchpoints—from booking to check-out—reflect the property's ethos and service standards. Support the development of experience packages that integrate adventure, wellness, and local culture. Any additional reasonable requests. Qualifications What we're looking for... We are seeking a dynamic sales professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in hotel sales, group sales, or hospitality business development Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans across multiple properties Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Data analysis and reporting abilities to measure performance, pace, and sales results Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and hospitality sales best practices Familiarity with Mexican business practices, contracts, and commercial regulations Collaborative working style with a focus on driving revenue growth and cross-functional partnership Additional Information What’s in it for you...
