Description

No prior experience required Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist the Group Sales Coordinator in all aspects of the group booking process from lead building, to make a reservation, to day of event execution. * Responsible for providing group information and assisting with reservations over the phone, in-person, or by email. * Contact existing group events to confirm reservation details * Coordinate ticket and wristband distribution * Assist with group events such as birthday parties, catered functions and other group related events. * Develop knoledge and understanding of the park booking system * Efficiently track and manage group ticket sales * Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees * Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner * Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark including facility layout and amenities * Follow all park policies and procedures * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Must be at least 16 years old * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Microsoft Office Proficient * Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling * Ability to accept guidance and supervision * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership * Be aware, attentive, and work well with others * Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Requirements: * Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 pounds, team lift as needed and for heaving objects Benefits: * FREE Season Pass * Free Tickets * Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. * Career Development We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date.
