Job Description The role Own executive hiring at Group level. Work directly with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and country Managing Directors across all InPost markets. Report to the Group Chief People & Culture Officer. This is an individual contributor type of function with full end-to-end ownership — from contribution to building the search strategy and running VP-to-C-suite processes, to contributing to govern our preferred supplier list of executive agencies and maintaining confidential succession pipelines for critical SLT roles. What you'll do Be the trusted recruitment partner to C-suite executives and country MDs - advising on talent strategy, market intelligence and candidate assessment Run end-to-end executive searches at SLT level across all InPost markets (VP, Director, C-suite), working with agencies where needed Co-design and continuously improve executive search processes and sourcing strategies; Shaping the standards and effectiveness of executive recruitment processes for key roles across the Group Build and own the Group Preferred Supplier List - agency selection, contract negotiation, fees, SLAs, performance tracking Act as a strategic advisor on comp benchmarking, market positioning and executive talent trends for Group HR leadership Partner with HR Heads and Reward to maintain confidential succession pipelines for critical leadership roles Use AI-assisted sourcing and candidate intelligence tools to sharpen search quality and speed - and share what works with Group HR leadership Support onboarding of incoming SLT members Qualifications Must have: 7+ years running end-to-end executive recruitment, ideally in an international setting A strong track record placing VP to C-suite candidates in complex, multi-market environments 5+ years building credibility and trust with C-suite and board-level stakeholders 5+ years of sharp interviewing — you know how to read senior leadership potential 3+ years working with executive assessment frameworks and leadership profiling tools 3+ years translating comp benchmarks and market data into clear recommendations Fluent English; Spanish or French a real advantage Master's degree in HR, Economics or a related field Nice to have In-house executive recruitment background (2+ years) Experience in e-commerce, logistics, tech or consumer/retail executive search (3+ years); Existing network of executive-level contacts across European tech, e-commerce, Retail and marketplace or logistics players Experience managing PSLs across multiple European markets (2+ years) Hands-on experience with AI sourcing and market intelligence platforms Coach certification Additional Information What we offer Direct access to InPost's Group CPCO, CEOs and country MDs from day one Ownership — you shape who leads one of Europe's fastest-growing tech-logistics platforms International scope across 9 markets with genuine strategic influence Access to leading executive assessment frameworks and search tools Hybrid working (Warsaw or Kraków) InPost benefits: private medical care, life insurance, Multisport card Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
