Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives into GSC, covering both software development lifecycles (Intake → Scoping → Planning → Development → UAT → Go-Live) and third-party tool lifecycles (Make/Buy → Procurement → UAT → Onboarding → Implementation). * Independently manage multiple concurrent programs, maintaining clear delivery plans, milestone tracking, risk registers, and decision logs. * Partner with other TPMs and Engineering leaders to coordinate dependencies, align delivery cadences, and ensure smooth handoffs across program tracks. * Serve as the primary point of contact for senior GSC and Technology stakeholders at the VP, SVP, and CTO level, providing clear, concise program status updates, risk/tradeoff summaries, and decision recommendations. * Drive structured program reviews and steerco forums, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right cadence with well-prepared materials. * Work closely with non-Tech PMO and Process teams in GSC to manage and continuously refine the initiative intake process, ensuring requests are properly scoped, prioritized, and handed off to delivery teams. * Travel frequently to Mumbai to build trusted relationships with GSC teams, understand operational context, and accelerate issue resolution that benefits from in-person engagement. * Act as a bridge between central Engineering/Product teams and GSC, translating technical plans into operationally relevant delivery milestones for GSC stakeholders. * Proactively identify bottlenecks across the intake-to-delivery pipeline and drive process improvements that increase predictability and throughput for GSC initiatives. * Evolve program tracking, reporting, and tooling to give stakeholders real-time visibility into delivery status. * Contribute to TPM community standards by sharing best practices, templates, and lessons learned from GSC delivery programs.     REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 10+ years of program management experience, with a strong track record of independently delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs. * Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and experience managing third-party tool procurement and implementation programs. * Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (VP, SVP, CTO level), with excellent communication skills that translate technical complexity into clear business language. * Experience working with non-technical PMO, Process, or Operations teams to manage intake pipelines and delivery governance. * Demonstrated ability to set up and run governance mechanisms including steercos, operational reviews, and risk forums. * Comfort working across geographically distributed teams, with willingness and ability to travel frequently to Mumbai. * Strong bias for continuous improvement consistently looking for ways to simplify processes, reduce friction, and improve delivery outcomes.
