WHAT YOU WILL DO…

We’re looking for a visionary Group Strategy Director to lead and evolve our earned-first strategic offering. This is pivotal in shaping how Tomorrow delivers standout thinking and creative work that connects with audiences across social, influencer, PR, and integrated channels. You’ll be responsible for embedding social-first strategy across the agency, inspiring teams, and driving growth through culturally relevant, insight-led work.
You’ll be a senior leader, leading the charge for Tomorrow, with a passion for social culture, creativity, and strategic excellence – someone who can lead big brand thinking while also diving into the nuances of social content, influencer strategy, community engagement and earned media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead TMW Tomorrow in partnership with PR lead and wider senior team
• Lead strategic development across key social-first and integrated accounts, ensuring work is culturally relevant, insight-driven, and creatively inspiring.
• Champion the integration of social-first thinking across the agency – collaborating with planners, creatives, and client teams to elevate our strategic product.
• Drive the development of original IP, thought leadership, and social content platforms that build brand equity and cultural resonance.
• Play a central in new business pitches, articulating TMW Tomorrow’s unique value and strategic approach.
• Mentor and inspire the Tomorrow team, planners and strategists across the agency, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate with the Human Understanding Lab to ensure our work is grounded in behavioural science and human insight.
• Represent TMW Tomorrow externally through events, writing, and speaking engagements.
  Drive commercial success for TMW Tomorrow by working with senior team to unlock opportunities across existing and net new clients.
