This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ambulatory Care Business Unit (ACBU) as a Group Supervisor within the Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery and Pain Management services at RPAH. We are looking for a self-driven and motivated supervisor to join our team! As a Group Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrative professionals within an outpatient setting promoting positive communication and team culture as well as a focus on customer service and attention to detail in order to ensure a patient centred experience.
Whilst the position is within the Orthopaedics, Plastics and Pain services, the role sits within ACBU, which manages the centralised workforce structure for all outpatient administrative staff across RPAH.
